hello everyone- my name is nicole germain. I am actually taking the Digital Photography II this mod, as I have already taken the first section. I am taking one other class this mod 5 and i will receive my degree. I shouldve graduated in May but I still owed these 6 credits so I didnt walk- my credit count got messed up!!!! Looking forward to participating in this class this Mod; I loved it the first time around and learned a ton.

ReplyDeleteHope this finds your well. I am officially a Senior! This is the beginning of the end for me. If all goes well, I will graduate next May. Nicole - Congrats! What a cool class to end your ride with. I'm really excited about taking DPII. I took DP1 last year at this time and found it to be a PERFECT summer Mod class. The photo of the bug is one of my faves from last class. Jerry, I love the idea of getting up early and shooting or taking that last hour of day light to capture some cool images. Thus far I'm toying with the idea of "Intimate Portraits" - mostly because I struggled with it in the last class. But I'm also considering "Through The Window". Of course, I could change my mind once I get out there, start shooting and the spirit moves me. Have a great day all! Nicole I look forward to seeing your work.
Hi Nicole I love your pic, its so bright and beautiful. Don't laugh but I called my boyfriend out the kitchen so he could view it for himself. Laughing out Loud, he likes it too. Sorry to learn about the graduation, Im in the same boat myself. Either way count it all joy because you made it. Now on a lighter note, keep those pictures rolling...because the first one is great. Hi Everyone, Looking forward to this class. I require this to achieve my degree as I am 3 credits short. I did get the opportunity to walk on the 16th and it was a wonderful experience. and Nicole I realy do like your pic. very professional . will try and post a pic of self before the weekend. wish me luck.

Nice macro shot Nicole. I like the contrast from the color of the flower to the background. Well done!
ReplyDeleteHi Nicole, I love the bright colors captured in the photo shot of the flower. Did you change any of the color contrast? Did you need to adjust the color in Fotothing? I never used these types of programs not sure how to create such definition.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great photo! I was also going to ask what you changed (if anything) while editing. I've always wanted to get a macro lens for flowers, birds, etc. so perhaps you'll inspire me. So far, this class is my favorite and it's only week 1! Thanks for sharing.
