I like both photos - the reflection of the trees on the water and the reflection of the bridge as well (looks great in bw).
I agree, great photos. I love the glow of the trees. The transformation of color to Black and White is always beautiful.
I'd make the bottom one somewhat darker and rotate the image to the right a bit...and crop out the sky...The top shot is best done under "quieter" light.
