Lighting & Shadows

This was an interesting assignment, of course the day I chose to do this assignment was very cloudy but it provided some great lighting effects. The way the sunlight came through the clouds with the shadowed steeple proved to be a neat back drop. The second photo was the sun peeking through the clouds, reflecting in the water taken looking straight down from a foot bridge in downtown Milford. The greenish looking stuff is the shadows from the bridge and the hanging potted plants aroung the foot bridge. If you look closely at the lower left you can see my shoes.

  1. These are more about light than the visual structure shadows can bring to a 2-D image. I like them though. The Milford Green shot can be made even stronger by rotating the horizon line to level in Picasa... (one slider)
